Gary Bullard
Executive Chair (Interim CEO)
Gary joined the Board as Chair in November 2025. Gary has a wealth of executive expertise from senior management positions he has held at IBM Corporation, BT Group plc and Logica plc. Gary has sat as a non-executive on the boards of several UK-listed companies including Spirient Communications plc, Rotork plc and Chloride Group plc and is currently the Chair of Gooch & Housego plc, a global photonics and advanced materials company and H-Power plc, a developer of modular fuel cells for zero-emission power generation, both of which are listed on AIM.
As announced on 7 September 2026, Gary shall be serving as CEO on an interim basis until the Group’s CEO designate, Stefan Lampa, joins the Board. Stefan’s anticipated start date is 1 December 2026.
